Mutually Beneficial Growth

I realized my last post came across as a “holier than thou” speech which wasn’t my intention at all, so I’ve reworded it :)

My full intention is to both help others grow, in whatever field they like while also taking advice onboard from them to grow myself. It is a mutually beneficial win-win positive outcome for both you and I and not only can we both achieve every goal and accomplish every dream we’d like to make reality in this lifetime, but help see each others blind spots and make a significant difference, having a net positive effect on the world.

My Overall Vision and Mission in life is to help every single person in the entire world live the life they’ve always dreamed of. My primary goal is to give every person the ability to do what they desire with their life without any external influences (eg. Disease, mal-nutrition, lack of water, lack of information etc) holding them back.

I’d like to allow every single man, woman and child in this world to make a contribution to society as a whole and live their dream life, awakening people to the fact that you don’t have to work a crappy job, you don’t have to answer to superiors, you don’t have to live in denial of what you truly desire.

I’m a true believer that one day the world will be in such a state that everyone, everywhere can do what they truely desire, without constraint. The real question is, can it be done in my lifetime?

If I am to work alone that answer would be no.

Which is why I’d love to work alongside with others who want to make their own dreams a reality, who don’t enjoy maintaining the status quo, who want to make the world a better place, and who choose freedom and happiness over fear and close mindedness.

You CAN be who you want to be, you can do all the things you’d like to do and you can experience a fulfilling and amazing life.

I’ll admit that my life isn’t perfect, and honestly it never will be, perfection is a goal, not an outcome. I love the fact that perfection cannot be attained simply because it gives endless opportunities to grow, endless opportunities to learn and an amazing life experience.

I’ve stumbled and screwed up many times in life, does that make me a failure? Nope, honestly failure isn’t in my vocabulary, simply because everything in life is either a success or a learning experience.

If you haven’t failed in life, if you haven’t had all the odds stacked against you, if you haven’t fallen down, honestly: you haven’t truely lived.

But from those failures I’ve remerged stronger and better than ever before, and through them I’ve learnt a lot of amazing things.

Most people don’t know this, but my current job (that I’m finishing up at in january) is actually my 10th job in my life.

I’m finishing up to run my own business. Was this business a quick success with no downsides? Nope, This is actually my 7th business (started my first when I was 13) and from every business failure I’ve learnt something more, which has added onto my knowledge until I’ve finally made it to the mark where it’s making a substantial income.

In fitness I’ve hit multiple platues and I’m one of those guys that struggles and struggles to gain muscle, but through persistance and determination I’ve managed to go from 50KG to 80KG and more than doubled my strength.

In relationships I’ve failed, been rejected and been humiliated many many times (If you count every single girl I’ve talked to that hasn’t gotten at least a phone number its close to 700-800 rejections). From that I’ve improved my confidence, gone from a complete introvert into an extrovert and am currently dating one of the most amazing girls I’ve ever met, who I never would have had the confidence to even talk to before.

The point I’m making is that this is the kind of person I am, the kind of person that pushes forward to make major changes in the world, the kind of person that dreams big and goes for it. If you like to be safe and secure and work a nice normal job with little risk, that’s fine by me.

If however you’d like to grow together with me and help each other succeed in business, health and relationships, feel free to contact me through the contact form. I don’t promise guaranteed success, but I do promise It’s going to be a hell of a lot of fun :D (What’s the point of life if you’re not having fun?) and you may just learn a thing or two.

Cheers,

Tim

How The Law Of Attraction REALLY Works

I look around every day and see so many people totally confused about the law of attraction, as mentioned in the movie The Secret As well as heavily mentioned on blogs about personal development such as Steve Pavlina’s and Inspired Money Maker.

The source of the confusion is that of “How does what I think in my mind affect the world around me?” and I think the problem is with how it is explained. The secret honestly over hyped what the law of attraction was and said some things that just aren’t true.

One of those being that you’ll get whatever you think of (like the girl getting the necklace) and the other being “your thoughts will affect your immediate environment”. What they got right was that the law of attraction works. I’ve been using the law of attraction over the past year or two to great success, bringing much more abundance where I’ve needed it and it’s helped me a hell of a lot. However this doesn’t mean you should let it rule your life.

The main theory is that in any one situation you have up to one million different things to focus on, yet your mind can only focus on about 5-7 of these. If you are negatively minded you will probably focus on 5-7 negative things around you, while if you are more of a positive thinker, you’ll notice 5-7 positive things around you. Hence why you can place a positive thinker and a negative thinker in the same room and both will have completely different impressions of that room.

Knowing this we can start to realize that what we focus on the most will appear more and more in our world. If you believe you have a lot of money you’ll start seeing your world tell you that you have a lot of money (such as finding something like: the global rich list). If on the other hand you think you are poor, the world will tell you you are poor (You’ll probably read about a lot of rich people and start comparing yourself and getting jealous).

The problem is this law of attraction has been taken too far and some believe it is simply the cause of everything, which is where the confusion begins.

The belief that you’ll get exactly what you want is the first thing people get confused by. In that they think “How is it possible to get exactly what I want just by thinking about it?” We’ll you can’t. Yes you can get what you want, but not in the way you think. To get the law of attraction to work you have to be open minded about what the universe will bring you.

If you say “I want that iPhone and I want my girlfriend to buy it for me”, there’s a 99% chance it will never happen. Why? Because you weren’t open minded about what you wanted (perhaps there’s something better than the iPhone out there for you?) and Secondly because you weren’t open minded about how you will receive it (the universe could give you an opportunity to work with a guy who will help you start a business which will make you enough money to buy an iPhone).

How does this work? When you start wanting something your subconscious mind will start working on ways to acquire it. Then when you go about your day you’ll start to notice anything that could possibly get you closer to getting that item. If you act on these things popping up you’ll often find yourself with what you desire.

It’s not that the object magically appears in your world with no effort required (as the secret suggests). But by thinking about it you become more attuned to getting that item and soon enough you’ll get it. The thing to remember is that:

You cannot get what you want just by thinking about it

You must want something, but it can’t be one single specific item (like some girl you were checking out), and you can’t focus on only one way to get it. Simply because your mind will create avenues for you to acquire what you want, but it can’t do magic tricks and/or seduce women for you. After you’ve figured out what you want simply focus on things that pop up and tell you “Hey look at me, I could bring you closer to those cool shoes” and go for them. You can also seek out specific advice or research into what you want and perhaps find different avenues to getting what you desire.

It’s also good to keep in mind that perhaps what you want isn’t what’s best for you and the universe is nudging you in a different direction. A common occurrence of this is people wanting to get back with their ex’s. If it’s not working perhaps there is a reason for that and you should probably go for that other girl who’s been trying to get you to notice her for over a year… things like this occur all the time that we just don’t notice because of our tunnel vision. You need to be focussed on your goal, but at the same time, open to the possibility that it could manifest in a multitude of different ways.

The theory of “Your thoughts will affect your immediate environment” is one wrought with skepticism, simply because it sounds silly. Although there are quite a few people who fully believe its true, this is why:

Your thoughts create your immediate environment simply because that’s what you focus on.

Just like when thinking about things you want, your mind will focus in on the things you want to pay most attention to in your immediate environment. Lets take the example of being late for work and getting stuck in horrible traffic (as mentioned on the secret). Whenever you drive to work your time averages out to be pretty much the same plus or minus a few minutes. The reason that you seem to be getting stuck behind slow idiots when you are late is simply because you are focusing on all the slow people on the road. You aren’t making them appear, they have been there every other day of the week, just now you start to notice them because you want them to get the hell off the road.

The law of attraction doesn’t work through magic tricks and wishing for what you want as many people think, but simply that by focusing on what you want your mind becomes attuned to that object and will help you find a multitude of ways to acquire it. Get out there and explore the world keeping what you desire in mind and tell me how many events have entered your reality now that you know they are out there.

Most of all, put the law of attraction into use and start thinking about what you desire, then see the results for yourself. It won’t give you what you want right now, but if you hold the intention to get or do something soon enough you’ll start to see opportunities and with action you can get what you desire.

The Key To Success

I’ve discovered the true key to success, the way in which anyone can have anything they truly desire. However let me tell you, its not easy, nor quick, nor painless. In fact, true success in everything they would like, is a dream 99% of people will not accomplish.

We have been lied to all our lives, things are supposed to be quick and easy. Microwave food, instant communication, online purchases in the blink of an eye. Society has been getting faster and faster in the past decades and its really made life easier for the modern day marketer.

Seduce the women of your dreams by saying this one phrase to have her immediately fall in love and want to have rampant sex all day long. Earn Trillions of dollars online in the blink of an eye, I bought the internet and switzerland yesterday and SO CAN YOU! You’ve heard it all before, perhaps this is an exaggeration, but it may as well be what 99% of Internet marketers say.

I’m sorry to tell you this, but if you still believe worthwhile success can be had with a $19.95 info product, you’ve got whats known as Silver Bullet Syndrome (SBS). SBS is where you believe there is this one thing that you will make you smarter, richer, famous, energetic, fit, or seductive with no real effort on your part.

There have been many who have spent years (some even as much as 30 years) following these invisible silver bullets buying products to get rich and ending up with a huge line of worthless ebooks and nothing to show for it.

You don’t have to live your life like this, for there is a way to reach success, just 4 words that if anyone anywhere follows them, they will succeed. They are:

Effort-> DO SOMETHING! 95% of people read an interesting idea/piece of information/key to success and NEVER take action, don’t even worry about where you’re going and what you should do, as you get moving the path ahead to your goal will reveal itself all in good time. To wait until everything is fully mapped and planned out and at the perfect moment is like waiting for all the traffic lights to be green for 5 miles before setting off on a journey, its just plain stupid. Not to say you shouldn’t plan, just take action and plan at the same time, plan as you move towards your goal.

Failure -> “To succeed you must first fail” – Not a truer sentence has ever been spoken. There is not one single successful person at anything in the entire world who has not failed many many times. NOT ONE.

Learning -> The 2nd part of the process is learning from your mistakes, its the ready, fire, aim approach, where you try something, see what happens, and adapt to the outcome.

Perseverance -> If you don’t give up YOU CANNOT fail, it is impossible (aside from death) the only way anyone fails something is by giving up.

Take those 4 words on board, and I wish you all the success in your future endeavors.

Cheers, Tim
